01 > Inquiry & Consultation
It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your wedding, what you're planning, and what matters most to you. We'll answer your questions, walk you through your options, and talk about what makes the most sense for your day. We can meet by video call or in person—whatever works best for you.
02 > Booking
Once we know what you're looking for, we'll put together a proposal tailored to your wedding. When you're ready to move forward, your signed agreement and 50% retainer officially reserve your date.
03 > Prep & Celebration
As your wedding approaches, we'll make sure we have everything we need and stay connected along the way. Then, on your wedding day, you get to be present, enjoy your people, and take it all in. We'll take care of the rest.
04 > Delivery
After your wedding, we'll carefully craft your film and present it in your private digital portfolio—an online space where you can watch, share, and relive your wedding film whenever you want.

Every wedding is different, so we customize our proposal around your coverage, timeline, locations, and what matters most to you. After we talk through your wedding, we’ll create a proposal tailored specifically to your needs.

Absolutely. No two weddings are the same, and your film shouldn’t be either. We’ll talk through what you want captured and build your coverage around the parts of your wedding that matter most to you.

We usually recommend having a second videographer, especially for larger weddings or when there are multiple locations, separate getting-ready spaces, or a lot happening at once. It allows us to be in more than one place and capture more of your day without missing what’s happening around you.

Our typical turnaround is 3–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your film. A shorter highlight film may be delivered sooner, while documentary-style or Reality TV-style films require more time to carefully edit and finish.

Once you receive your custom proposal and decide to move forward, the process is simple. Select your package, sign the agreement, and you’ll be taken directly to your invoice to pay the 50% retainer required to reserve your date. Everything is designed to make booking quick and easy.

We don’t provide raw footage. Our cameras capture a large amount of video and separate audio throughout the day, which requires extensive organizing, syncing, color correction, and file management. Instead, we focus that time on creating a polished film that brings the most meaningful parts of your wedding together.
